WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT.
TASKS
Development of strategies for the further development of our plasma technology in close coordination with the business unit management
Ensuring project success through planning, prioritizing, monitoring and reporting of all project activities
Independent clarification of technical and commercial questions during the offer phase and order processing
Conception and implementation of market expansion strategies in terms of product management
Customer support and advice on application and process-related issues as well as support in customer trials
Independent management of international projects from the offer phase to final acceptance
Contact person in-house for topics relating to our plasma technology at all levels
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
QUALIFICATION
- Successfully completed studies in the field of physics / electrical engineering / mechatronics or comparable qualification
Professional EXPERIENCE
- Several years of professional experience in project management in international mechanical engineering
Technical KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of product management methods and tools, knowledge of plasma
Language Skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English due to our international orientation
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced use of all common MS Office applications, EPLAN, or knowledge of a comparable system is an advantage
SOFT-SKILLS
- Ability to work in a team, organizational talent, communicative and open personality, confident appearance in the project team and in dealing with customers, high cost awareness, implementation and decision-making skills as well as goal-oriented action
