TASKS
Development of strategies for the further development of our plasma technology in close coordination with our product managers / business unit management
Interface for development and support in the transfer of new developments to series applications
Conception and implementation of the market launch with product maintenance
Continuous improvement process with simultaneous evaluation/comparison of new product requirements
Customer support and advice on application and process-related issues as well as support in customer trials
Contact person in-house for topics relating to our plasma technology at all levels
Support of our Technology Center regarding plasma technology applications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
QUALIFICATION
- Successfully completed studies in the field of physics / electrical engineering / mechatronics or comparable qualification
Technical EXPERIENCE
- First experience in development/project management is an advantage
Linguistic Skills
- Good knowledge of English due to our international orientation
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced use of all common MS Office applications, E-Plan and basics of development required.
SOFT-SKILLS
- Confident appearance in the project team and in dealing with customers, commercial understanding, very good organizational, analytical and communicative skills
