WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT.

TASKS
  • Development, implementation and continuous optimisation of EHS management systems to ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety standards
  • Carrying out risk analyses and hazard assessments
  • Organisation and implementation of training and instruction
  • Accident analysis and prevention
  • Planning and realisation of audits
  • Liaising with external authorities, auditors and certification bodies
  • Advising management and reporting on the status and progress in the EHS area
  • Supporting managers and employees in all EHS relevant topics

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in environmental sciences, engineering, safety management or a comparable qualification
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
  • Several years of professional experience in the EHS sector, ideally in a mechanical engineering company
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
  • Sound knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations in the field of envionmental, health and safety at work
LANGUAGE SKILLS
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Further training in the EHS area desirable
  • Experience in conducting audits and training courses
SOFT-SKILLS
  • Strong analytical skills, strong communication skills, assertiveness, willingness to learn and practive approach to work
