WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT.

TASKS

  • As our Sales Manager for Western Europe in our Belgian entity, you are responsible for the sales of bdtronic`s products and services in the Western European region outside of the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

  • You are the driving force of our team and are passionate about active customer acquisition and the continuous expansion of our successful Business Unit Dispensing.

  • Shape your successes by strategically developing new sales opportunities and building and maintaining close relationships with existing customers and by expanding your personal network and business relationships.

  • With your passion for technical know-how, you will advise and convince our customers while at the same time carrying commercial responsibility.

  • Design and develop tailor-made sales strategies that optimally meet the individual needs of our customers.

  • Keep your profile well-rounded by actively following the latest market trends and developments - including via social media, which reflects the pulse of the market.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.


QUALIFICATION
  • Ideally, use your passion in sales in combination with a completed commercial or technical degree.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
  • You have 3-5 years of sales experience in mechanical and plant engineering or in the sale of capital goods, preferably in the automotive environment.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
  • Your solid technical understanding and ability to explain complex technical relationships in a captivating and understandable manner set you apart.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
  • Excellent English language skills in both speech and writing and preferably Dutch, German and French language skills open doors for you in our international environment.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Are you great with people and have a knack for sales? That's exactly what we need! We're looking for a "hunter" who can seek out promising orders, with a talent for building lasting relationships, maintaining an active network, and being ready to travel as needed.

SOFT-SKILLS
  • Your professional appearance, your convincing argumentation technique, your excellent negotiation skills, and your high level of customer orientation enable you to delight customers and achieve deals with joy.
