Leadership and responsibility for the technical areas of the Impregnate BU in the fields of mechanical design, software and electrical design
Definition and control of development projects
Responsibility for the technical execution of machine designs
Implementation of customer specifications
Compliance with delivery deadlines, manufacturing costs and machine quality
Further development of the impregnation process in cooperation with process engineering and maintaining technical progress
Compliance with specified deadlines, quality requirements and costs
Supporting the sales department in presenting technical concepts to the customer
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
QUALIFICATION
- Completed engineering studies in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics or comparable qualification
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Several years of management experience as a technical manager (gn) or in a comparable position; sound experience in mechanical design in the field of mechanical engineering and plant construction
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge in the application of timely R&D tools and methods
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Very good knowledge of German and English due to our international orientation
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Willingness to travel
