WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT.
AUFGABENBEREICH
Entwicklung und Implementierung eines strategischen Projektmanagements auf Unternehmensebene für Projekte zur Produktentwicklung und -einführung.
Leitung, Koordination und Steuerung der Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagern, technischen Projektleitern sowie den Abteilungen Operations, Sales, Service, Controlling und Qualitätsmanagement.
Aufbau und fachliche sowie disziplinarische Führung eines Teams mit direkter Berichtslinie an den COO.
Förderung der Zusammenarbeit und Transparenz in interdisziplinären Projektteams.
Identifikation und Reduzierung von Projektrisiken.
Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen, abteilungsübergreifenden Termin-, Kosten und Kapazitätsplanung sowie eines aussagekräftigen Reportings.
Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagementmethoden und Etablierung von Standards.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
QUALIFIKATION
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Projektmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
BERUFSERFAHRUNG
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Multiprojektmanagement und als Projektleiter (m/w/d) von Produktentwicklungsprojekten.
Berufserfahrung im mittelständischen Umfeld eines Industrieunternehmens mit Klein- bis Mittelserienprodukten, idealerweise im Sondermaschinenbau.
SPRACHKENNTNISSE
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
ZUSATZANFORDERUNGEN
Erfahrung in der Führung von interdisziplinären Teams.
Weiterbildung im Bereich Projektmanagement, z. B. IPMA, ist von Vorteil.
Nachweisbare und relevante Erfahrung im Change-Management und in der Transformation.
SOFT-SKILLS
Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, hohe Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung sowie starke Schnittstellenkoordination.
